
Team Social Contracts are a really important way to get teams on the same page. They help build trust and common understanding.
It’s important to come together as a team to discuss what will and won’t work for each team and what behaviours we will and won’t accept as a team. This activity helps build team trust, familiarity and (crucially) individual accountability.

This activity suits small and medium size teams and ensures that we openly set our expectations of one another and then commit to those expectations.
